"I-PROMO has been appointed as the Event Organizer for TechInnovation events from 2015 to 2018. TechInnovation is an annual 2-day conference and exhibition that attracts over 160 exhibitors and 5000 visitors. Their scope of work included event management, exhibitor management, speaker and delegate management, built and logistics management, manpower and operation, venue sourcing and management and onsite show management. They were able to plan the event schedule and ensure that the event was on track despite tight deadlines. In instances where last minute changes or new requirements were requested, they were able to accommodate and deliver. They were conscientious in monitoring project spending and ensure that the total cost was kept within the agreed budget.
